Students who choose the nutrition minor develop basic expertise through an organized program of study that includes foundation courses in biology, chemistry, and nutrition. In addition to skills in nutrition, you will develop skills in critical thinking, analysis, and communication.
The nutrition minor allows you to become knowledgeable in the areas of nutrition, health and well being, while taking a major focus elsewhere on campus.
